Day 1: Arrival in Fes

Welcome to Morocco! Your 8 days tour from Fes to Marrakech begins with a warm pick-up at Fes Airport. We’ll head straight to the ancient Medina of Fes, one of the most famous historic cities in Morocco. Relax and settle into your traditional riad for an overnight stay in the heart of old Fes.

Day 2: Fes Sightseeing Tour

Today, enjoy a full-day guided tour to explore the imperial city of Fes, the oldest Islamic city in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wander through its narrow streets, ancient mosques, and colorful souks.
Visit the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), Royal Palace, Sefarine Square, and the Karaouine University, one of the world’s oldest universities. End your day with a delicious Moroccan dinner and overnight stay at your riad in Fes Medina.

Day 3: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga

After breakfast, we travel south toward the Sahara Desert of Merzouga. On the way, enjoy the beauty of the Middle Atlas Mountains, pass through the charming town of Ifrane (known as the “Switzerland of Morocco”), and visit the cedar forest in Azrou, home to playful Barbary apes.
We’ll continue through Midelt, then admire the Ziz Gorges and Tafilalet palm groves before arriving in Erg Chebbi Dunes near Merzouga. Dinner and overnight at a hotel near the Sahara Desert.

Day 4: Merzouga Desert Excursion & Camel Trek

This is one of the most exciting days of your 8 days Morocco tour from Fes! After breakfast, we’ll explore Erg Chebbi dunes in a 4×4. Visit Khamlia village to enjoy Gnawa music, meet Nomad families, and see the Merzouga oasis.
In the afternoon, ride your camel across the golden dunes and witness the sunset over the Sahara. Enjoy Berber music and dinner under the stars at a luxury desert camp, where you’ll spend the night in your private tent.

Day 5: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Tinghir – Dades Valley – Kalaa Mgouna

Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast and a camel ride back to Merzouga, we’ll drive to Rissani, the first imperial city of Morocco. Visit its traditional souks, then continue to Todra Gorges, a spectacular canyon perfect for walking and photos.
After lunch, we travel to Dades Valley and the Valley of Roses in Kalaa Mgouna, famous for its rose festival each May. Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel in Kalaa Mgouna.

Day 6: Kalaa Mgouna – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Tichka Pass – Marrakech

After breakfast, our journey continues to Skoura Oasis to visit Amridil Kasbah, then to Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Desert” and home to famous Atlas Film Studios.
Next, explore the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and filming location for movies like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. After lunch, we’ll drive through the scenic High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2260m). Arrival in Marrakech for dinner and overnight in a traditional riad.

Day 7: Marrakech City Tour

After breakfast, explore the vibrant Red City of Marrakech with an English-speaking guide. Visit Majorelle Garden, Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, and Bahia Palace. Stroll through the souks and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Jemaa El-Fna Square, where you’ll find musicians, snake charmers, and food stalls. Dinner and overnight stay in a riad in Marrakech.

Day 8: Marrakech – Airport Transfer

After breakfast, we’ll transfer you to Marrakech Menara Airport (or Casablanca Airport, if preferred). This marks the end of your unforgettable 8 days Morocco tour from Fes to Marrakech.
